Wool Horse Puppet Theater brings the magic and wonder
of Africa to audiences of all ages in 2 tales,
"Akimba and the Magic Cow" and "The King of Togo Togo".
Simple marionettes on a colorful stage, along with live music
and storytelling, let the rhythms of nature come alive
in these delightful tales.

Catch the reading bug before he gets away!
Mr. S, the sneaky spider, wants to catch that little reading bug! A little Lady bug meets a book worm and finds out about the big world out there. So they decide to travel the world and learn new languages. They visit bugs from all sorts of countries and find out that it's not such a big world after all. But will they get caught in the webs of deceit by that spider Mr. S? Or will the adventure lead them back home safely?

(We stretched your horizons, but we didn't go THAT far.
Like my mother used to say: Don't do anything that will scare the horses)
Beer, Wine and cheesecake were available for purchase throughout the evening,
and believe me it helped

The Puppeteers of America holds national festivals on odd-numbered years.
On even numbered years, each P of A
region holds its own regional festival.

This year, the Northwest region is holding
a "rolling" regional festival in different Northwest guild cities on different dates
spread throughout 2008.

Our Diamonds to Duct Tape kicked off
the "rolling" regional Festival and
also celebrated the P of A
National Day of Puppetry.
